Bridge91 Your Gateway to India , home

Our edge

Bridge91 · India

Not just an EOR. Your India partner.

Bridge91 Corporate Services Private Limited was set up in 2026 in Hyderabad as a gateway to India for companies abroad: talent, business operations and workspace, from a first hire on Employer of Record to your own Global Capability Centre. The team behind it has run Indian payroll and Employer of Record for foreign companies since 2017.

What makes us different

Eight things you would otherwise have to ask for.

Or chase. Or find out about the hard way, usually at an audit, an exit, or the month a new labour code takes effect.

We design the salary structure before you make the offer

Provident Fund is charged on basic pay, not on total cost. How a package splits across basic, house rent allowance and travel allowance changes both your cost and your candidate’s take-home. We model it and show you both numbers before the offer goes out. Most providers process whatever figure you hand them.

A chartered accountant runs this, not a support queue

Bridge91’s statutory work is directed by a Chartered Accountant who spent a decade at KPMG and PwC advising international businesses on Indian compliance and United States taxation, and who sits on our board as a non-executive director. The people who answer your questions are the people who run your payroll.

Health cover starts on day one, on our own policy

Your people join Bridge91’s master group health policy — employees and contractors alike — active from their first day. No separate policy to arrange, no waiting period, no gap. We manage the claims and the renewal.

Contractors are handled to Indian tax law, not generically

Bridge91 CoR covers agreements drafted for the Indian framework, tax deducted at source with Form 16A issued annually, and GST treated correctly on every contractor invoice. Global platforms tend to treat Indian contractors as a generic category. India is not one.

One wholly-owned entity, with no partner in between

Everyone we employ sits on Bridge91’s own Indian entity. Providers selling coverage across many countries own entities in fewer of them, and the difference is served by local partner firms you never meet and cannot audit.

FEMA and the dollars that pay for all of it

A foreign company cannot wire salary into an Indian bank account without the documentation the Reserve Bank requires. We receive your dollars through an Authorised Dealer bank, convert them, and pay your people in rupees. You never touch RBI reporting.

The Labour Codes are going to raise your costs

India has consolidated 29 central labour laws into four codes and they are now in force. The consequential change is that basic pay must be at least half of total remuneration, which lifts Provident Fund and gratuity for most employees. We track it and tell you what to restructure. Proactive regulatory advice is not what an EOR normally does. It is what a chartered accountant does.

Laptops arrive, and they come back

We buy the hardware, configure it, deliver it anywhere in India, track it against the person holding it, and recover it when they leave — with a condition report at both ends. Getting a machine to a new hire in Hyderabad is a real problem most providers leave with you.

Where we come from

Twelve years of this work. One new front door.

Bridge91 is a new company. The people running it are not new to the work.

2014 — Where it started
The people behind Bridge91 have done this work since 2014, when Value Momentum Corporate Services Private Limited opened in Hyderabad offering accounting, tax and corporate services to Indian and international businesses.
2017 — The first Employer of Record client
A Texas company, Unified Communications, reached us through a mutual contact. They already had employees in India and wanted to move their payroll away from the provider they were using. We became their Employer of Record that year, and they are still our client today.
2026 — A company built for one purpose
More companies abroad followed the same path, and Employer of Record grew from one service among several into the work we are best known for. We set up Bridge91 Corporate Services Private Limited as a separate company, under the same ownership, built only for businesses outside India that want to hire, operate and grow here.

How we work

Four commitments, and what each one costs us.

One country, understood completely
We do not sell coverage in markets we do not operate in. If you need to hire somewhere we do not serve, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
Our own entity, no partner layer
Everyone we employ sits on Bridge91 Corporate Services Private Limited. There is no local firm between us and your employee that you never meet and cannot audit.
A named person, not a queue
Every client has one account manager who knows the account. We commit to replying within four business hours, and WhatsApp is faster.
The exit is part of the offer
When you outgrow an Employer of Record we build your own Indian entity and move your people onto it. Lock-in is not the business model.
