Terms of service
These govern use of this site and of our services. The specifics of your engagement live in your master services agreement, which takes precedence. Last updated August 2026.
- What we provide
- Employer of Record and Contractor of Record services in India, together with payroll, IT asset management, group health insurance facilitation, reimbursement management and entity setup. What we provide to you specifically is set out in a master services agreement and any statements of work under it.
- The employment relationship
- Under our Employer of Record model Bridge91 is the legal employer of the people onboarded through us. You keep functional control of their day-to-day work. All intellectual property they create in the course of that work belongs to you, as set out in the employment and assignment agreements.
- What we need from you
- Accurate information about the people to be onboarded, approval of payroll and reimbursements in time for the cycle, payment of our invoices to the agreed terms, and that your use of our services complies with the law where you are.
- Payment
- Fees are as set out in your master services agreement. Invoices are issued monthly in dollars and due within the period that agreement specifies. We may suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
- Confidentiality
- Each of us keeps the other’s proprietary information confidential. We will not disclose your employee data or business information except as needed to deliver the services or as required by law.
- Liability
- Our liability is limited as set out in your master services agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for delays caused by government systems, regulatory change, or other matters outside our reasonable control.
- Ending the engagement
- Either of us may terminate as the master services agreement provides. In the first three months you may exit on shortened notice. On termination we manage an orderly offboarding of your people in line with Indian labour law.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. We will both attempt to resolve anything in good faith before starting formal proceedings.
- Changes
- We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of anything material. Continuing to use our services after that constitutes acceptance.
