1 Who we are

This website, bridge91.com, is run by Bridge91 Corporate Services Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India in 2026, with corporate identity number (CIN) U78300TS2026PTC223471 and its registered office at 3rd Floor, D.No. 1-89/1/42, Sri Ram Nagar Colony, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Shaikpet, Telangana, India, 500081. In these terms “Bridge91”, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the site and any organisation they use it for. How to reach us is at the end of these terms.

2 Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept Part 1 of these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept them on its behalf. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Accepting these terms is not consent to analytics cookies, which run only if you choose Accept in our cookie banner. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies on this site.

Part 2 applies to organisations that have signed an agreement with us for our services. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement wins.

3 Information, not advice

Our guides, blog posts and explanatory pages describe Indian employment, payroll, tax and compliance in general terms. We take care over them, and the statutory content of our guides is reviewed by a chartered accountant. They are still general information, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice for your situation, and reading them does not make you our client.

Laws, rates and thresholds change, and your facts will differ. Before you act on anything you read here, check it with us or with your own adviser. Advice you can rely on is the advice we give you directly, as a client, under your agreement.

4 Calculators give estimates

Our cost and take-home calculators work out an estimate from the figures you enter, on the assumptions each one states, including what it does not model. Your figures stay in your browser. Our Privacy Policy explains what analytics can record if you accept it. An estimate is not a quote, an offer, a payslip or tax advice. Your actual costs are set by your agreement and your invoices, and a person’s pay by their appointment letter and payslips.

Sample figures elsewhere, such as illustrative payslips, are examples only.

5 Comparison pages

Every statement about another company on our comparison pages is drawn from that company’s own public pages, linked, with the date we read it, and records what the page said on that date. The company may have changed it since, so check the source before you rely on it.

Other companies’ names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify them. Bridge91 is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any company we compare ourselves with. If you think a statement about your company is out of date, write to legal@bridge91.com with the source.

6 Other websites and AI assistants

The site links to websites run by others, including the sources on our comparison pages and the service you use to book a call with us. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or their own practices. The booking service also handles your booking details for us, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Some links open a third-party AI assistant with a question about Bridge91 already filled in. The answer comes from that assistant, not from us, and it may be wrong or out of date. Our own statement of what Bridge91 is and offers is at /ai and /llms.txt, and where an answer disagrees with this site, this site is current.

7 Using our content

The text, guides, calculators, design, photographs and video on this site belong to Bridge91 or to those who license them to us. The Bridge91 name and logo are ours. Some material, such as fonts, icons and video, is used under licence from its owners.

You may:

• read, print and download pages for your own use;
• share links, and forward our documents, such as the one-page summary, unchanged;
• quote short extracts of our text, with credit to Bridge91 and a link to the page.

You may not:

• republish substantial parts of the site, or present our guides as your own;
• copy our content, or our calculators’ code, method or data, into a product or service that competes with ours;
• reuse our photographs, including those of our people, or our design;
• use the Bridge91 name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected with you.

Search engines and AI systems may crawl, index, summarise, quote and learn from the text of our public pages, as our robots.txt file allows; /ai and /llms.txt are written for exactly that. This permission covers our text only, not photographs, video, material we use under licence, or the biographies of our people, and it does not let anyone sell or supply our content to others as a dataset.

8 Acceptable use

When you use the site, do not:

• break the law, or use the site to mislead anyone, including by pretending to be Bridge91 or one of our people;
• try to get into the web-based portal or any of our systems without authority, or test their security without our written permission;
• disrupt the site or send it malicious code;
• use automated tools in a way our robots.txt file does not allow, or at a rate that puts an unreasonable load on the site;
• make false bookings or enquiries, or give us someone else’s details without their permission.

Some of these may also be offences under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We may block access from anyone who breaks this section.

9 Website availability

We provide the website as it is and as available. We may change, pause or remove any page or tool at any time, and we do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

10 Our liability for the website

This section covers your use of the website only. Our liability for our services is set by your agreement.

• We are not liable for loss that comes from relying on general information or estimates on the site, from websites or AI assistants we link to, or from the site being unavailable.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill.
• Otherwise, our total liability to you for everything arising from your use of the website is limited to ₹10,000. The site and its tools are free.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version published when you use the site applies to that use. A change to these terms does not change a signed agreement, which changes only as the agreement itself provides.

12 Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute about them or about this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may ask any court with jurisdiction for urgent relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

This does not take away your right to complain to a data protection authority, or any right the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer, including to bring a claim in your own courts.

For our services, the governing law and dispute resolution clause in your agreement apply instead. Before anyone starts proceedings, please write to legal@bridge91.com so that we can try to settle the matter in good faith, and we will do the same with you.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

13 Your agreement governs

Each client signs a master services agreement with us, with an order form or statement of work for its services. In these terms, “your agreement” means all of them together. Your agreement governs our services and takes precedence over these terms. This Part describes how our services work in general, and where it differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.

Descriptions and prices on this website are not an offer. An engagement starts when both of us have signed an agreement.

14 What we provide

What we provide to you is the scope in your agreement, drawn from these services:

• Talent Solutions: Talent Sourcing, Employer of Record and Talent Lifecycle Management.
• Bridge91 CoR (Contractor on Record), beside Employer of Record, for people engaged as contractors rather than employed.
• Delivered with Employer of Record: India Payroll & Compliance, Group Health Insurance, Reimbursement Management and IT Asset Management.
• Business Operations: Finance, Tax, Governance and Importer of Record.
• Workspace: Location Strategy, Commercial Property & Fit-out, Partner Network and IT Infrastructure.
• Bridge91 Elevate: incorporating your own Indian company and moving your people onto it, as a separate engagement.

We employ and engage people in India only.

15 The employment relationship

Under Employer of Record, Bridge91 Corporate Services Private Limited is the legal employer of each person we employ for you, and is named as the employer on their Indian appointment letter. You choose the person and direct their day-to-day work. We run their payroll, statutory registrations and filings, and carry the obligations Indian law places on an employer.

Intellectual property the person creates in the course of their work for you belongs to you, as their employment and assignment agreements set out. Under Bridge91 CoR the person is an independent contractor, and who owns what they deliver is set out in their contract with us and in your agreement.

16 What we need from you

• Accurate, complete information, kept up to date: for example the role, salary and start date for a hire, or the contents and value of a shipment we import for you.
• Prompt word of any change that affects a person’s employment, such as a new role or a move to another state.
• Approval of each month’s payroll and reimbursements in time for that month’s cycle.
• Payment of our invoices on the terms in your agreement.
• Lawful instructions to the people who work for you, and use of our services that complies with the law where you are.

17 Fees and invoicing

Your fees, invoicing and payment terms are those in your agreement. Our published Employer of Record fee is on our pricing page. Other services are scoped and priced in your agreement.

For Employer of Record there is no security deposit and no setup fee, and every cost on the invoice is shown on its own line.

• Clients abroad: One monthly invoice, in your currency. No FX fee: the bank converts your payment to rupees and we share its FIRC with you.
• Companies based in India: invoiced in rupees, with GST.

If an invoice is not paid when it is due, your agreement sets out what happens next.

18 The web-based portal

Clients use the web-based portal to see their people, pay runs, requests and invoices, and to approve payroll. Access is by invitation only: you name the people at your organisation who should have it, and we invite them, change their access and remove them when you ask. Keep sign-in details secure and do not share accounts. If you think an account has been misused, tell your named point of contact or contact@bridge91.com at once, and privacy@bridge91.com if personal data may be involved. You are responsible for what your users do in the portal.

We may suspend access where we need to protect an account or the data in it. Your agreement governs your use of the portal, and its privacy notice for client users is linked from its sign-in page. The people we employ see their payslips and Form 16 in our payroll provider’s employee portal, not in ours.

19 Support for clients

Support is instant and 24/7, by WhatsApp, email and the web-based portal. Every client has one named point of contact at Bridge91.

20 Confidential information

Each of us keeps the other’s confidential information confidential, as your agreement sets out. We do not disclose your business information or your people’s personal data except:

• to deliver the services, including to the service providers and partners who need it for that purpose;
• to our auditors and lawyers;
• where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims;
• to a successor if our business is reorganised or sold, under the same protections.

Our Privacy Policy lists who receives personal data.

21 Personal data

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. We are the legal employer of the people we employ for you. For their employment, payroll and statutory records, we are responsible for their personal data in our own right. Where you ask us to carry out a specific task with that data, we act on your instructions for it. Our Privacy Policy explains these roles, where the data is kept and how it moves between countries. If you are in the EU or the UK, we put the standard contractual clauses in place with you. Requests about personal data go to privacy@bridge91.com.

22 Services from partners

Every person we employ for you is employed by Bridge91 itself, never by a partner. Some services draw on others, who provide their part on their own terms. For example:

• background verification is carried out through trusted partners;
• Talent Sourcing searches our own network, our partners and India’s leading talent databases;
• Group Health Insurance cover is provided by an insurer under Bridge91’s master policy. We are not an insurer, and the insurer decides each claim under the policy’s terms. We handle the claims and the annual renewal;
• transfer pricing work is done with our experienced partners;
• Workspace projects use our property, design and build partners, or yours, coordinated by us.

Your agreement sets out who is responsible for what.

23 Ending an engagement

For Employer of Record: No minimum term. In the first three months you can leave on reduced notice.

Either of us may end an engagement as your agreement provides. When a person’s employment ends, we manage their exit in line with Indian labour law. If you are ready for your own Indian company instead, Bridge91 Elevate moves your people onto it with no gap in employment, pay or insurance, under an agreement of its own.
