How we handle personal information, both yours and that of the people we employ on your behalf. Last updated August 2026.
- What we collect
- When you contact us or book a call we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company, and what you tell us about your hiring plans. We also collect ordinary technical data through analytics — browser, approximate location, which pages were visited, and where you arrived from.
- What we use it for
- To reply to you, to provide our services, to meet our own legal obligations, and to send you occasional relevant updates you can stop at any time. Nothing else.
- Who we share it with
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate — under confidentiality terms — and where the law requires it of us.
- Employee and contractor data
- As an Employer of Record we process personal data about employees and contractors on behalf of our clients. In that relationship the client is the data controller and Bridge91 is the processor. This data is handled under applicable Indian data protection law, and under the GDPR where it applies.
- Where data goes
- Bridge91 operates in India and serves clients elsewhere, so data may be transferred to and processed in India. We put appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.
- Your rights
- You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. Write to privacy@bridge91.com.
- Cookies
- We use essential cookies for the site to function, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser.
- Security
- We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

- If we change this policy we will post the revised version here with a new date. Continuing to use our services after that constitutes acceptance.
