One invoice. Every line of it explained.

We do not publish a rate card. What we can tell you before you speak to anyone is exactly what the invoice looks like, what starting costs, and what you are free to walk away from.

Commercial terms

Starting costs nothing.

Four things that are true before you have signed anything, and stay true afterwards.

No security deposit

We hold none of your working capital before your first hire starts.

No setup fee

Opening your account, your agreement and your first employee costs nothing.

No minimum term

Start at one person and scale at your own pace. In the first three months you can exit at any time.

No hidden fees

One monthly invoice in dollars, with every component of it shown on its own line.

The invoice

What appears on it, every month.

In dollars, itemised. Nothing is bundled into a single figure and nothing is rounded into a line you cannot check.

  • Basic pay drives the bill

The employer’s twelve per cent Provident Fund contribution and the gratuity accrual are both calculated on basic pay, which the Code on Wages requires to be at least half of total remuneration. Two packages worth the same total can carry materially different employer cost.

  • Nothing is bundled

Gross salary, employer Provident Fund, ESI, professional tax and our fee each appear on their own line of the monthly invoice. Including the ones that come to nil.

One month, in proportion

  • Basic ₹50,000
  • House rent allowance ₹25,000
  • Special allowance ₹16,595
  • Employer provident fund ₹6,000
  • Gratuity accrual ₹2,405

The employer cost above is what we pass through. Our fee sits on its own line beneath it and is agreed with you before your first hire starts.

Line by line

Every line, explained.

Gross salary

What your employee earns, before their own deductions. Paid in rupees, into their bank account, by us.

Employer provident fund

Twelve per cent of basic pay, paid by you on top of salary. Calculated on basic, which must be at least half of total remuneration, so the salary structure is a cost decision.

Employees State Insurance

Where the employee is eligible. Shown as a nil line where they are not, rather than omitted.

Professional tax

By state. Shown as nil in the states that do not levy it, so you can see that it is nil rather than assume it is folded in somewhere.

The Bridge91 fee

On its own line, never folded into anything above it. Agreed with you before your first hire starts, and unchanged without notice.

Questions

What people ask before the call.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because a number without your salary, your state and your headcount attached to it is not information — it is a guess you would then have to be corrected on. Our commercial model is also being revised at the moment, and publishing a rate we are in the middle of changing would be worse than publishing nothing. Bring one role to a call and you will leave it with a figure.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. There is no security deposit, no implementation fee and no setup charge. Opening your account, drafting your agreement and onboarding your first employee are not billed.

Is there a minimum term?

No. You can start with one person and scale at your own pace, and in the first three months you can exit at any time. Lock-in is not the business model — we build entity transitions for clients who outgrow us.

What currency do we pay in?

One monthly invoice in US dollars. We receive it through an Authorised Dealer bank with the documentation the Reserve Bank of India requires under FEMA, convert it, and pay your people in rupees. You never interact with RBI reporting.

Will the invoice change month to month?

Only where something underneath it changed — a salary revision, a new joiner, a statutory rate change, a reimbursement you approved. Every component is on its own line, so you can see which one moved.
