Bridge91 Elevate

Bridge91 · India

We also build the way out. That is deliberate.

An Employer of Record should not be somewhere you get stuck. Most providers onboard your people happily and have nothing to offer when your India story outgrows them. Ours is built to grow with you — and then hand you the keys.

The Bridge91 path

From your first India hire to your own India entity.

You came to Bridge91 to hire in India — fast, compliantly, without setting up a company. Then the team grows. At some point you will want your own flag in the ground. That is the moment Elevate exists for.

  1. Phase 1

    Start with EOR

No Indian company, no registrations in your name, no statutory exposure. Bridge91 is the legal employer and you are the company they actually work for.

  2. Phase 2

    Grow with Bridge91

More people, more states, more complexity. Nothing changes for you operationally: the invoice grows, the obligations stay with us.

  3. Phase 3

    Elevate to your own entity

We incorporate your company, obtain every registration, arrange FEMA-compliant banking, and move your team across onto your own payroll.

What we do

Every step of your India entity journey — handled.

Company incorporation

Formation under the Companies Act 2013, from name reservation to certificate of incorporation. We advise on whether a private limited company, an LLP or a branch office is the right structure before anything is filed.

Every registration

GST, Provident Fund, ESI, Shops & Establishments, and professional tax in each state your people work in, plus any licence specific to what your business actually does.

FEMA and banking

Foreign direct investment reporting, an Authorised Dealer bank account, inward remittance structured correctly, and the ongoing Reserve Bank filings that follow.

Moving your people

New appointment letters under your entity, Provident Fund and ESI accounts transferred, and your team live on your own payroll without missing a payslip or a month of cover.

Why it matters

Very few providers will help you leave.

Every Employer of Record will onboard your employees. We are not in the business of locking you in — we are in the business of growing with you, which means the exit has to be as well built as the entry.

We know your India setup intimately

We built it and we run it. Every employee record, every statutory registration, every payroll configuration is already ours. There is no learning curve and no handover risk.

The same team does both disciplines

Incorporating a company and running an Employer of Record are different work — company law and FEMA on one side, labour law and payroll on the other. Our chartered-accountant-led team does both, so nothing falls between two firms.

Your people already know us

Your India employees have been dealing with Bridge91 for months or years by this point. When we tell them the employer is changing, it arrives as continuity rather than as uncertainty.

Investment

A one-time engagement. A permanent asset.

Elevate is priced as a fixed-scope professional engagement, not a monthly subscription. We scope the work, agree a milestone-based fee, and deliver against clear timelines. The fee varies with the number of people being transferred and the complexity of your setup, so we prepare a detailed proposal after the first conversation.

When is the right time to consider Bridge91 Elevate?

Most companies start thinking about it between fifteen and twenty-five people in India, or earlier if a board wants the structure consolidated, or if you want an employer brand of your own in the market.

How long does the process take?

Incorporation is typically three to four weeks. Registrations and FEMA banking add another four to six. The staff transfer is phased over two to four. Around three months end to end.

Can we stay with Bridge91 while it happens?

Yes. Your team remains on our payroll throughout the entire incorporation and transition. There is no gap in employment, pay or insurance at any point.

What does it cost?

It is a fixed-scope professional engagement rather than a subscription: we scope the work, agree a fee against milestones, and deliver to a timeline. The fee depends on how many people are being transferred and how complex your existing setup is, so we prepare a proposal after the first conversation rather than quoting a figure here.

What happens to Bridge91 afterwards?

We stay available for advisory and compliance support, and for any future Employer of Record or contractor engagements as you keep growing.
