Cookie Policy

1 What this policy covers

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage do a similar job, and this policy covers all three; we call them cookies for short. It also explains the one measurement tool we use without cookies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data generally.

2 Two categories

Strictly necessary. These make the site work, keep it secure or remember a choice you made. The law does not require your consent for them. You cannot switch them off on our site, though your browser can delete them.

Analytics. Google Analytics, which we load through Google Tag Manager, and PostHog, which also makes session recordings and can show a short survey if we run one. They tell us which pages people read, where they arrive from, and where the site gets in their way. Neither loads until you accept. If you reject them, or leave the banner without choosing, they do not load at all.

We use no advertising, marketing or social media cookies. Google’s advertising storage and ad personalisation settings stay off whatever you choose.

All of these are first-party: bridge91.com sets them, not another website. Your browser may cut these lifetimes shorter: Chrome keeps no cookie for more than 400 days, and Safari can delete analytics cookies after 7 days without a visit.

The web-based portal at portal.bridge91.com sets its own strictly necessary sign-in cookies, which its notices describe. When you open our booking page on cal.com, Cal.com’s own cookie policy applies there.

4 Measurement without cookies

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, adds its Web Analytics script to the pages it serves to browsers. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It reports, in totals, how many pages were viewed, which ones, where visitors came from, and their browsers, device types and countries. Cloudflare states that it does not use this tool to fingerprint or track individual visitors. It runs whatever you choose in the banner.

5 What analytics collects

If you accept, Google Analytics and PostHog receive the pages you view, where you came from, your device, browser and screen size, your approximate location worked out from your IP address, and how you scroll and click, including clicks that do nothing. We also send Google Analytics a few events of our own, when you click a button, a menu link or a footer link. PostHog’s session recordings replay how you moved through the pages, with what you type into form fields masked. They also include the messages the page writes to the browser’s console and how long its requests take, but not what those requests contain. PostHog also records errors the page runs into. A survey answer reaches us only if you choose to give one.

Google and PostHog process this data on our behalf, including in the United States. We do not use it to identify you or to advertise to you. Our Privacy Policy says how long it is kept.

6 Changing your choice

• On our site. Select Cookie settings at the foot of any page to accept or reject analytics again. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops, and we delete the cookies and browser storage Google Analytics and PostHog set on bridge91.com. Data already sent stays with them for the periods in our Privacy Policy. If you want it deleted, write to privacy@bridge91.com and we will delete whatever we can link to you.
• In your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, or browse in a private window. If you clear your browser storage, your choice goes with it, and we ask again on your next visit.
• With Google’s tools. Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics on every site, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7 Changes and contact

We review this page whenever our hosting or analytics set-up changes. Before we add an analytics provider or set a new analytics cookie, we update this page and ask for your choice again. Questions go to privacy@bridge91.com.
